A few practical questions.
What happens if I stop paying?
You can still read saved records and export your data. Free limits apply to new additions. Your starter paper can still be corrected or replaced.
Does Tackroom back up automatically?
Only after you choose to enable automatic iCloud backup. You can make a manual backup without enabling it. Backup shows errors and missing files, so check for a completed snapshot.
Can I hand over care to someone else?
Free includes a basic handover PDF with identity, available emergency details, upcoming reminders and the starter paper summary. Care Circle sharing and richer reports require a paid plan.
Does it tell me a horse is cleared to travel or compete?
Tackroom organizes your records. It does not replace your vet, official documents or the current requirements of your destination and event. Draft rules never produce a compliance verdict.
What is Tackroom Operations?
Operations remains an on-device private pilot for selected barn workflows. It is not part of the main consumer offer or a general availability promise.
Have the paper when you need it.
